    I have tried on numerous occasions to collect debt but Stephanie seems to be ignoring me time and time again. She's a liability more than an asset to this business. Doesn't call back always rescheduling I'm done with this place. They are lucky to get one star from me.

    I used to lived at this apartment with my family for seven years but thanks to God I bought my house. The first 3 years the rent was “Ok”, even though that they raise the rent 5% every year. I have been seen tires stolen off of people’s cars. Drug activity all day. People smoke (cigarettes and weed) in the hallway. Big problem with mice. The guys for the maintenance department are great but assistant manager was awful.

    The location is near by and you can walk in and get your taxes done in under 15 minutes depending on amount of document. For me it was at least 13 minutes in and out. You can qualify for an advance till the rest of the money comes. Its the way taxes should be an in and out asap thing. The refund was reasonable although i did not enjoy the fee increase this year that has to be fixed for obvious reasons, in this economy i cant afford each year the fee being higher and higher...only disappointment i have.
